Evergreen Place is a complete renovation of a 2,800 SF post-and-beam single-family home. The layout of the residence was completely redone to include a double-height living room, providing its residents with expansive floor-to-ceiling views and indoor/outdoor access to the luscious backyard. The heavy timber floorboards were refurbished as the central staircase, with charred wood being used throughout the exterior walls.
