Angus Estate is a 4,800 SF renovation and a 3,200 SF addition to an existing 100-year old home. The original home and the addition were divided into two separate living areas for the intergenerational family, with shared spaces connecting the two homes. This includes the kitchen, dining room, and expanded family room. While the exterior maintained its classic heritage style, the interiors were renovated to create contemporary living spaces with clean lines and modern finishes. The addition to the north of the house was designed to maintain a harmonised look with the home's original exterior heritage characteristics. The estate's extensive landscaping includes a greenhouse, water features, koi ponds, and a sports court.
